APG maintains a corporate sales office in Covington, Tennessee just north of Memphis.  This facility provides expert sales advice for the Stantron line of products. As may be required to assist your efforts, we maintain regional assistance offices for the Eastern and Western United States, however, most requirements can be handled through our Internet assistance.  Sales are made to territories outside the United States on a situation basis.  APG - Centralized to Serve the Most

Our standard purchasing process is as follows:  Offers for purchase are made via formal quotation.  Orders are accepted Net 30 on approved credit line or via credit card.  Standard trade reference sheets with a minimum of three verifiable trade references are required for credit approval.  APG reserves the right to accept or reject credit applications based on trade history.  All shipments are FOB origin from the manufacturer in Mayville, Wisconsin.  Customer accepts responsibility for the product when it leaves the plant.  Most shipments are made via surface freight.  Freight charges not included unless specified. Damages that may occur in transit will be corrected upon following proper notification procedures.  Return Authorizations are processed as necessary.  Restocking fees may apply.  Customer is responsible to ensure products ordered will fit properly in their facility to include getting through doorways, elevators, and into installation locations.  Returns for fit are not authorized when customer orders wrong size unless customer agrees to all return shipping costs.
